Should you be worried?
Electrolyzed Water has been found by 'Skin Safe Products' to be hypoallergenic and free of Fragrance, Gluten, Coconut, Nickel, Top Common Allergy Causing Preservatives, Lanolin, Topical Antibiotic, Paraben, MCI/MI, Soy, Propylene Glycol, Oil, Irritant/Acid, and Dye.
The short answer is no, absolutely not. Electrolyzed Water will not harm or irritate the skin.
Why did this happen?
It is sometimes unavoidable to have a small amount of Electrolyzed Water splash on your hands when moving your Shine Bathroom Assistant around. This could happen when removing the Battery Base when preparing to recharge the battery or this might happen when refilling the water tank. Don't be alarmed, simply use a reuseable wash cloth to clean up the spill.
In extremely rare cases, the Shine Bathroom Assistant may mistake your movement while opening the toilet lid or sitting on the toilet seat as a flush - this could cause you to get spray on your skin. If this happens please reach out to our team right away so we can give our smart flush detection system a boost and prevent this from happening again.
